1. Press and hold the AXS button
2. While pressing the left shifter paddle inwards.
3. This will adjust the derailleur 0.25 mm inboard and improve shifting to an inboard cog.
4. Press and hold the AXS button
5. While pressing the right shifter paddle inwards.
6. This will adjust the derailleur 0.25 mm inboard and improve shifting to an inboard cog.
