Yes, I left Keller Williams Realty after being with them since 1997. In this video, I tell you the 2 top reasons why I left Keller Williams and joined EXP Realty.

I think Keller Williams is a very good company but there are 2 main reasons why I left them and went over to EXP Realty.

1. EXP Realty is a better business opportunity than KW. As a Realtor, we do not have pensions or company retirement plans. Though Keller Williams allows Realtors to earn Profit Sharing (from the profits of the office), EXP has a very robust Revenue Sharing Plan that is second to none in the real estate industry.

2. Keller Williams offices in Tampa charge their agents a $295 transaction fee that they encourage their agents to pass on to customers. I DON'T LIKE THIS! My company should NOT be charging me a junk fee and expecting me to charge my buyers and sellers!

When I started working at Keller Williams Realty in 1997 no one knew who they were as a real estate company. That is exactly where EXP Reality is right now. The main difference between the exp realty the majority of all the other real estate brokerages in the United States is that exp we looked he is a cloud-based company.

They do not have brick and mortar and high expenses that come with that.

This is a huge advantage for realtors and consumers.
