Parents: Sideline Coaching is NOT helpful. Sports Med Doc Reacts.

We all want to see our kids succeed. But coaching from the sideline? It’s not helping them.

When kids don’t know whether to look at their coach or you, they get torn, confused, and can’t perform their best. And guess who they want to make proud the most? It’s you. 💙

Cheer them on, support the team, and trust the coach to do their job. Suppress the urge to coach from the stands — it’s in your child’s best interest mentally, physically, and emotionally.
