How To Do Deficit RDLs For Maximum Strength/Hypertrophy

In today's video I demo the PROPER way of doing deficit RDLs! This is hands down my most used assistance lift for the conventional and sumo deadlift with all of my clients and myself. I learned about this from Dan Green and Jordan Shallow of Boss Barbell Club and have loved it since!
