Hypnosis is NOT mind control like shown in the movies but it is actually using your mind in a different way where you gain MORE control to the point where your beliefs become your reality.

Most people say that you'll believe it when you see it, but hypnosis demonstrates that what's really true is that you'll see it when you believe it!

Even in the deepest state of hypnosis we get to decide what beliefs we will choose to believe and if we don't make the decision to believe it then we won't actually experience it.
