In this video our MemberFix operations Manager, Viktor, explains how we manage our SOPs for our company with Airtable. While we typically organize all of our SOPs in Google Drive, Drive doesn't really lend itself to easy sorting, categorization, tagging, etc. So we use Airtable instead.

In addition to using Airtable we have our own training portal but that's a topic for another video. ;)
