"Does my ex miss me?" you're asking us. "My ex is happy without me and they are in a new relationship. What should I do to get them back?"

These are two questions that everyone who wants to get their ex back can relate to, when you're ex is in a new relationship, or even if they are not, and they are just happy after the break up.

If you're looking to get your ex back, it's very important for you to understand and remember that you cannot judge your ex's level of happiness off of social media activity. Just because your ex has posted a few photos that they're happy, or just because they are now in a new relationship does not mean that they are happy and fulfilled.

A certain amount of time needs to pass after a breakup for reality to set in and for you to have a true sense whether your ex is happy or just independent and free, and living out this new dynamic they've created for themselves after the breakup.

Coach Adrian reminds his clients all the time that after a break up, you are in a negative bubble, you have a very dark vision of reality, which is a false reality. You see everything gloomy, you only focus on everything that you've lost, and you feel like your ex has gained everything, that they don't need you, and are happy and fulfilled.

Similarly, your ex is in a false reality where they are only focus on what they could gain, and that's where this false sense of happiness comes in. They're in a fake positive bubble that usually can be burst by you doing the right things.

The point of this video is to remind you that it's not about your ex and how happy they are. It's about you and how happy you are and what you do.
