THIS RECIPE YIELDS APPROX 12 MEDIUM FAJITAS
- Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of Chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of Sour cream
- 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon of dried onion flakes
- 1/2 Tsp of Black pepper
- 1 Tsp of Chilli flakes
- 2 Teaspoons of Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons of Ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2 medium Onions Julienne cut
- 4 Green peppers Julienne cut
- 300 Grm of Mozzarella cheese, or Queso Oaxaca

FAJITAS DE POLLO
ESTA RECETA RINDE APPROX PARA 12 FAJITAS MEDIANAS
Ingredientes:

- 1/2 Kg de Pechuga de pollo
- 1/2 Tz de Crema agria
- 1 Cucharadita de Ajo en polvo
- 1 Cucharadita de Hojuelas de Cebolla seca
- 1/2 Cucharadita de Pimienta negra molida
- 1 Cucharadita de Hojuelas de chile
- 1 1/2 Cucharadita de Orégano
- 2 Cucharaditas de Pimentón molido.
- 2 Cucharaditas Comino molido
- 2 Cebollas medianas cortadas a la Juliana
- 4 Pimientos verdes cortados a la Juliana
- 300 g de Queso Oaxaca, o Queso Mozzarella
