Printing on Tiles or making custom tiles is just one of the things you can do with the Compress UV Printer. This video takes you through just one application of printing an Aztec design onto easy to find standard clay tiles.

The Compress LED UV Printer is a flatbed uv printer that occupies a unique place in the market. It’s a “small format” uv printer, but has a 17.7” x 24” bed size. Job Stats:
We are showing printing 4 here, but the Compress iUV600s flatbed uv printer will fil up to 12 on its 17.7” x 24” bed.
• Rough tile dimensions of 5.75” x 5.75”
• Ink cost per tile $.39
• Total materials cost per tile approximately $1.39
• 4 Tiles printed in approximately 8 minutes
• No adhesion promoter used. Just cleaned with alcohol

The 4 custom tiles we printed took about 8 minutes to print. Because of the way the Compress led uv printer uses bidirectional printing, printing the entire bed of a dozen blank clay tiles should take 12 minutes using the same setting we did for this job.
