Casio G-Shock Solid 18k Gold Dream Project! - I Can't Believe They Made This In Real GOLD!!

Did you know they made a Casio G-Shock in Solid 18K Gold? Neither did I! In this video I will be unboxing a watch that I never thought they would actually go through with. It's the Casio G-Shock D5000-9JR Dream Project and it's limited to 35 pieces worldwide. At fist I thought that this was a joke when someone called and offered it to me. Then I quickly realized that not only was it true, but I was going to be able to do an unboxing on it. Although it may seem a bit radical to think Casio would make a G-Shock with 300grams of 18k gold. I also immediately thought that there is a market for everything and this is truly something special. I see this Dream Project as more of a piece of Pop Art. Something completely different, something for a true collector of art and/or a lover of pop culture. If you look at it as a piece of haute horology than obviously that is not what it is. There are plenty of watches that fit in that category but very few if not any that van be a piece of real Pop Culture. I think this watch is something special and really a collector piece for the future. With an msrp of $70,000 and only 2 allocated in the US it is sure to be a conversation piece.
