並且嚴選由美福供應的高品質豬肉和牛肉

不同於受熱快速、適合醃製肉的傳統銅盤
陶盤的特性更適合以慢火來燉烤新鮮生肉

讓食材緩緩吸收韓國水梨熬煮的特製高湯
完美展現高湯的自然清甜與肉的原始風味
並將傳統漢陽烤肉的精髓忠實呈現於台灣

"Hanyang Bulgogi" is a traditional Korean BBQ restaurant located in Taipei.

Originally from South Korea, the restaurant has been serving authentic flavors for nearly 20 years. Now, the granddaughter-in-law has brought this time-honored taste to Taiwan, faithfully recreating both the flavors and the interior design of the original shop.

They use high-quality meats sourced from Mayfull Foods and are the first in Taiwan to serve Hanyang-style BBQ on custom-made ceramic grills. Unlike traditional copper grills, these ceramic pans—specially crafted by Korean ceramic masters are better suited for slow grilling of fresh, unmarinated cuts.

Each piece of meat is gently cooked in a Korean pear-based broth, allowing it to soak up the natural sweetness of the soup while retaining its original juiciness and rich flavor.
