2005 Honda CR-V engine clicking noise

Hi everyone

I’v recently changed rocker cover gasket and also i-vtec actuator gasket at rear of the engine due to the oil leakage.
After short time I realised that engine has started to have a clicking noise for few minutes when it’s cold.
I also realised there is still some leakage around actuator, but it seems to be from top of it, where something is bolted to it .
I’d opened that bolted electric part before and there was a washer that you can not buy new one .
Anyway please let me know if you have any idea about the noise.
