1. Im not a health professional, all i can do is tell you what worked for me. I have been doing this for over a YEAR, and its awesome!
2. I despise when people tell you that their way is the "right way." I think that is judgmental and obnoxious! This is NOT that kind of video. People have very strong attachments to food, diet and eating habits, I get it.

FACTS
Fasted State vs Fed State. Know the difference.
It takes about 12 hours for your body to get into a fasted state and start burning the fat stores in your body. This is prime fat burning mode. Most people go into a fasted state if you dont snack after dinner, which is why we call the first meal BREAKFAST (you are breaking the fast). Fasting is not a weird concept when you think about it. You are not decreasing calories. you are not drastically changing your diet. its all about changing the time of day youre eating. Its really easy.
