THA Minority Leader: Tobagonians not impressed with Executive Council reshuffle

Minority Leader in the Tobago House of Assembly (THA), Kelvon Morris, says Tobagonians have been left disappointed with the recent Executive Council, which he notes was promised more than a year ago.
A guest on CNC3’s The Morning Brew today, Morris described new Secretary Joel Sampson as “a hard worker” and wished him the best.
