we have 5 movements, Perform each movement for 30 seconds followed by a 10 to 15 seconds break and then proceed to the next! Once the sequence is completed take 2 to 3 min break recover and repeat that circuit for 5 rounds

❇️ Sit up to crossbody punches
❇️ Downward dog alt DB switch
❇️ Lateral Jump to single leg squat
