That thing you see me doing where I tap on my body? That's called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It's a simple mind-body practice where you tap acupressure points while naming what you’re actually feeling, so your system can settle, reset, and return to clarity. I do this to take care of my mental and emotional health and well-being.
