沙薑雞 Steamed Sand Ginger Chicken **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料:
雞 半隻
新鮮沙薑 50 克
沙薑粉 1 茶匙
蔥頭 1 粒
薑 1 塊
紹興酒 適量
澱粉 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 雞洗淨晾乾水,放入拍碎沙薑、薑汁、沙薑粉、紹興酒抹勻,水滾下鍋,大火蒸5分鐘轉中火蒸12分鐘,關火等5分才開蓋,雞放涼斬件。
2️⃣ 蔥頭切碎,用少許油爆香,再加入切碎的沙薑和蒸雞汁,勾薄芡淋在雞上。

🟢Ingredients:
Chicken - half
Fresh sand ginger - 50g
Sand ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
Spring onion - 1 stalk
Ginger - 1 piece
Shaoxing wine - as needed
Cornstarch - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the chicken and dry, rub it with mashed sand ginger, ginger juice, sand ginger powder, and Shaoxing wine. Place it in a steamer after water is boiled, and steam on high heat for 5 minutes, then switch to medium heat and steam for another 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait for 5 minutes before opening the lid. Let the chicken cool, then cut it into pieces.
2️⃣ Finely chop the shallot and stir-fry in a pan with a little oil until fragrant. Add the chopped sand ginger and steamed chicken juice, then thicken the mixture with a little cornstarch slurry. Pour the sauce over the chicken before serving.
