And I'm going to be honest, most contractors refuse to use technology and AI to make their lives simpler.

Every successful contractor I studied was on ServiceTitan and a few other platforms. Full automation. Full AI integration. They understood that technology isn't optional anymore, it's the difference between scaling and staying stuck.
I'm optimistic about AI and automation because if I was in the roofing business 30 years ago with just a mop bucket and a map, I'd probably still be living in Northeast Philly.
