Understanding Hydrogen Water - Ep. 20

Many have heard of MOLECULAR HYDROGEN WATER, but not too many UNDERSTAND it. Let H2Minutes unpack some key concepts about H2 Water, including the different methods to be able to get it!
In previous videos, we have explained what hydrogen is as well as what molecular hydrogen is. We have even done a video on the benefits of drinking water. But this video is about hydrogen infused water, which is one of the most common ways to ingest molecular hydrogen. This can be very confusing for a lot of people because it sounds like this means the hydrogen molecules change the water in some way. However, in hydrogen water, the hydrogen gas becomes dissolved in the water, kind of like carbon dioxide in soda. Hydrogen gas is the smallest and lightest gas so it dissipates out of the water quickly. It can escape out of almost any material. (Find out what material is found to be able to contain H2 for a longer amount of time: ) Another important fact about H2 is that it is not dependent on pH. This just means that it can be dissolved into water of any pH, or any liquid for that matter. There is one popular method to test whether or not your water had adequate levels of H2 to be therapeutic. There is a range that is shown to be needed in order for hydrogen water to be therapeutic (*). At this point in the video, we break down some of the different methods in which hydrogen water can be produced. Note: This video was made in 2017, and there have been many new products to come out since then. Now there are batch pressurized water systems, portable hydrogen water generators, hydrogen infused beverages and teas, and much more.
