Recipe

Ingredients:
Pork Ribs (I use Baby Back Ribs w/extra meat)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Brown Sugar
BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 400/425 F. Remove membrane & season to taste. Rub in Brown Sugar. Cover in aluminum foil and bake for 2 - 2.5 hours. When tender and fall off the bone add BBQ sauce and put back in to broil for 5-10 mins.
