【3 minutes】DIY Homemade EGG WAFFLE 🧇 【3分鐘 】自家製作雞蛋仔 😋 You may also do it 你也可以做到 😃

自家製手工雞蛋仔(備料)

❤️配料❤️
雞蛋🥚 ➡️2隻
砂糖 ➡️35克
淡奶 ➡️100克
低筋麵粉 ➡️ 70克
木薯粉 ➡️ 15克
吉士粉 ➡️ 15克
發粉 ➡️ 10克
植物油 ➡️15克

💠做法💠
1.先將蛋、糖、淡奶拌勻
2.將所有粉過篩篩勻備用
3. 把篩好的粉料 (2.)分次逐少加入雞蛋溶液 (1.)中,不停攪拌成稀滑面漿,不可起粒
4. 最後加入油攪拌

5. 將蛋奶漿放進冷藏庫冷藏一小時
6. 用之前半小時拿出滑漿 變回室温
7. 將雞蛋仔模具兩邊燒熱
8. 在模具上掃油,以免模具和雞蛋仔黏著
9. 將火候調校至慢火
10. 將蛋奶漿均勻倒入模具
11. 蓋上模具,緊握手把,反覆翻動置爐上
12. 以慢火各燒1到2分鐘至雞蛋仔熟透 (氣味出來代表快熟透)
⚠️温馨提示⚠️
.新購回來的雞蛋仔模具清洗乾淨後燒熱,然後按以上製法做出雞蛋仔。雞蛋仔取出後棄之不要,重複兩至三次直到雞蛋仔較易鬆軟為止
.冷藏一小時後的蛋奶漿較容易做出外脆內軟的雞蛋仔
.雞蛋仔待涼後進食才會香脆 (用吹風機或風扇吹涼效果更佳)

Homemade egg waffles (Prepare)

❤️Ingredients❤️
eggs 🥚 ➡️ 2 pcs
Sugar ➡️35g
Evaporated milk ➡️100g
Low-gluten flour ➡️ 70g
Tapioca Flour ➡️ 15g
Custard powder ➡️ 15g
Baking powder ➡️ 10g
Vegetable oil ➡️15g

💠practice💠
1. Mix the eggs, sugar and evaporated milk
2. Sift all the powder through a sieve
3. Add the sifted powder (2.) to the egg solution (1.) in small portions, and stir continuously to form a thin and smooth surface paste, without granulation
4. Finally add oil and stir

5. Put the custard paste into the freezer for one hour
6. Take out the custard paste half an hour before use and return to room temperature
7. Heat both sides of the egg waffle mold
8. Brush the oil on the mold to prevent the mold from sticking to the egg waffle
9. Adjust to low heat
10. Pour the custard paste evenly into the mold
11. Cover the mold, hold the handle tightly, turn it over and place it on the furnace
12. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes each on a low heat until the egg waffles are fully cooked (the smell indicates that the eggs are cooked through)

⚠️Warm Reminder⚠️
. The newly purchased egg waffle molds are cleaned and heated, and then turned into egg waffles according to the above preparation method. Don't discard the egg waffle after taking it, repeat two to three times until the egg waffle is soft
. The custard paste after refrigerating for one hour is more likely to cause egg waffles that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside
. Egg waffles will be crispy when eaten after they are cool (blowing with a hair dryer or fan is better)
