FREE bus along abandoned railway line between France & Belgium Dunkerque-De Panne-Ghent train & bus

Between Dunkerque (Duinkerke) in France and De Panne in Belgium (this station is sometimes called Adinkerke or Adinkerque) there's a bus along an abandoned railway line. This is actually a great regional international connection and the best part of this all, the bus is for free. Maybe it's not even that bad after all that this railway line has been replaced by a bus. From De Panne (Adinkerque / Adinkerke) in Belgium, there's a good connection on trains into Belgium towards Ghent & the coastal tram, a tramway along the Belgian coast that almost goes to the Dutch border.
