A Hurricane FLOODED our Yerf Dog Go Kart... Will it Run + Ride?

Hurricanes are a yearly occurrence on the coast of North Carolina, and our favorite two seater go kart got flooded from the most recent one. We stole the rear wheels and tires off of this Yerf Dog Spiderbox go kart to put on another project, so the engine was only a foot or so off of the ground. When this last hurricane came through, the area saw about 18 inches of flooding, so in today's episode we're getting the water out of the 150cc GY6 engine, trying to get the off road go kart running, and we take it for some hot laps around the CarsandCameras Grand Prix!
