Glute Activation Booty Burner Band Workout

This is a quick 10-ish minute simple glute activation booty burner workout. Do it as a stand alone workout for 1-3 cycles or use it as a warm up for your glute/leg day weight training workout. You can do this workout 1-3 times a week. All you need is a band!
