I wanted to spend a personal moment to connect with you, from my heart to yours.

I know that the holidays are not always an easy time for everyone. They can be a challenging and triggering time for a lot of us. If that’s the case for you, I want to acknowledge you, honor you, and invite you to take care of your heart.

My holiday wish for you, is that you’re reminded that YOU MATTER. Be proud of what you created this year and what hurdles you had to climb over to get to where you are.

Surround yourself with people who like love and appreciate you just the way you are. And if there is not anyone to do that with, then I want you to RE-WATCH this video again. You and I have a true connection. I want you to look into my eyes and remember what an AMAZING MIRACLE and GIFT you are.

You are a true gift in my life, and I love having you in my space, my tribe and my community. I hope in some small way, I have been a gift to you too.
