How to find Lots of Matsutake Pine Mushrooms

Foraging for Wild Matsutake Pine Mushrooms in British Columbia is a great hobby. We have lots of fun searching for these mushroom and 2018 was a great year after 2 years of finding absolutely nothing. I am so glad our first season in 2015 was a great year or I may have got disappointed and never become a Fungi addict like I have become today. I love finding these white giants that love to hide. The texture and flavor is beyond what words can describe. You just need to get out there in a forest this fall when the temperatures drop and see if you can find some to enjoy for yourself.
