🥜 Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup dried moong dal (split yellow gram)
OR
1/3 cup soybeans
1/4 cup peanuts (optional)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder or whey protein (optional for flavor)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

1️⃣ Dry roast oats separately on low heat until lightly golden and aromatic.
2️⃣ Dry roast almonds, cashews, peanuts, moong dal, and all seeds separately until lightly crisp.
3️⃣ Allow everything to cool completely.
4️⃣ Add all roasted ingredients into a blender.
5️⃣ Add cocoa powder and cinnamon if using.
6️⃣ Blend until a smooth fine powder forms.
7️⃣ Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
