Shaka's Power Rankings: Premier League movers and shakers with Leicester, Spurs & Chelsea | ESPN FC

Despite Southampton temporarily rising to the Premier League summit last weekend, ESPN FC's Shaka Hislop leaves the Saints out of his most recent Power Rankings. Hislop then is made to defend Bayern Munich remaining top of the rankings, Rangers at No. 6 and Borussia Dortmund sneaking onto the list despite a Der Klassiker defeat to Bayern. A few other that make the list, or receive an honorable mention are: Leicester City, Tottenham, Ajax, Liverpool, Sporting Lisbon, Braga, Sassuolo and Benfica.
