BTS: Air Canada Cargo Humanitarian Charter Flight

On Wednesday March 9, I had the opportunity of attending a special media event at Air Canada Cargo. The humanitarian cargo charter flight outbound to Poland was transporting medical supplies for Ukraine. The cooperation between Project C.U.R.E, Airlink, and GlobalMedic provided medical equipment like hospital beds, vinyl mattresses, trauma dressing and other humanitarian supplies. This special cargo flight was operated by Air Canada flying one of its cargo configured Boeing 787-900 Dreamliners (C-FGHZ, 5.8 years old) to Warsaw, Poland. Having a huge passion for Canadian aviation, I could not be happier to attend this media event, and see Air Canada's commitment to provide the much needed help for what’s happening in Ukraine.
