Story:
For days, the fox wandered and found nothing to eat He was starving.
His legs hurt, and his body was tired too. The fox then slid into his hole to rest.
In vague he heard some squirrels secr whispered to each other: "There is a delicious ripe grapevine by the foothill."
So the fox came out and headed to the vine.
Looking at bunches of ripe grapes dangling up high, the fox's mouth watered, his eyes fixed on those sweet grapes.
The fox tried to reach the grapes, but they were too high. No matter how hard he tried the grapes were still beyond his reach.
Helplessly circling under the vine, once in a while he looked up, hoping the wind would make some grapes fall to the ground.
Longing for those delicious grapes to be blown down by the wind, the fox was very disappointed to see those bunches of grapes still sticking to the vine.
Then the fox asked some nearby food-gathering ants for help. The ants gathered and tried to pick some grapes for him but still failed. The fox was once more disappointed.
In vain, the Fox had to leave. But while turning away, he consoled himself: "The grapes are green and too sour to eat!"
