At least 27 dead in Cebu’s magnitude 6.9 quake | ANC

Headstart: Cebu Provincial Information Officer Ainjeliz Orong confirmed on Wednesday, October 1, that 27 people were killed and 37 others injured after a magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck Cebu. Orong said the number of dead and injured is expected to rise.
