How To Do Medicine Ball Burpee | Exercise Demo

This exercise demo shows how to perform the Medicine Ball Burpee with correct form

This exercise works the arms, abs, chest, shoulders and legs. Stand with feet shoulder width apart and lower yourself into a press up position, holding the medicine ball in both hands and using the medicine ball for balance in the press up position. Perform a press up by lowering your chest to the medicine ball and pushing back up, then jump up into a squat position and quickly raise the medicine ball up above your head and repeat the movement
