How to Turn Off Android Without Touching the Screen - Keep OFF

You can turn off a Motorola phone with a broken or unresponsive screen by using button combinations, ADB commands, or, if available, by removing the battery, with the force shutdown via buttons being the fastest method.

Method 1 — Force Shutdown Using Buttons
Press and hold the Power button for about 10–15 seconds until you feel a vibration

This often forces the phone to restart.
While the phone is restarting, hold both the Power and Volume Down buttons for 15–20 seconds to enter the bootloader or fastboot menu

For some Motorola models like Moto Z or Moto G, press the Volume Down button 2–3 times to navigate to the “Power off” option

Press the Power button to confirm and shut down the phone. Even without screen feedback, you can check that the phone is off by verifying that the infrared emitters stop flickering or the device stops vibrating
