Products description
Very compact 8MB FastRAM memory expansion including BSC-AT-Bus IDE controller for the Amiga 500.
Bootable IDE (44 pin), a patched scsi.device does not need to be present in the Kickstart ROM for autoboot.
Supports Kickstart 1.3 and higher.
Can boot WB 1.3 and higher from HDD. 8MB RAM is also recognised in WB 1.3.
Motorola CPU present on the board in smd package /plcc/
Different CPLD used - 95144XL, therefore firmware revised.
Ide connector rotated 180 degrees - when ide2sd adapter is connected, the SD card is on top
Hybrid smd/tht socket at the bottom - I am very proud of this solution
Flash ROM contains BSC Octopussy ROM and can be reflashed on-board.
Works with A500/A500+.
Does not work with CDTV due to the DMAC on the board (current firmware).
PCB - 4 layers, HID board
