But if you're conscious of putting your arms on display - personal trainer and social media sensation Caroline Idien is here to help you achieve toned arms like Madonna, Mel C or even J-Lo. Her simple, 5 minute routine, just 3 times a week, can tone and strengthen your ‘problem areas’ - something our very own Jo Good is keen to do and will be alongside, giving the exercises a go.
