Effective IPC requires seamless coordination between local health departments and healthcare facilities. Whether managing outbreak response, implementing prevention protocols, or sharing critical surveillance data, strong partnerships are essential for protecting public health. Things like staffing instability, cultural operational differences, strained trust, and data or communication barriers can hinder effective IPC partnerships. This workshop will help you think about partnerships in a new way and provide practical tools for building and sustaining effective partnerships.
