An EXTREMELY RARE event in Magical MONUMENT VALLEY | Travel Family's U.S Road trip

This week on our family road trip around America we are in the movies…well, it feels like it at least. We have made it to Monument Valley, where one of the worlds most spellbinding landscapes holds us completely captivated with some seriously extraordinary weather. From sand storms to snow storms, we’re treated to one of the most majestic – and most photographed – points on earth like you’ve never seen it before. And, as if that weren’t enough for one week, our little man takes to his feet - folks, he’s off and walking!

We are the Newbys, John, Tara, and our two little boys Crusoe and Sawyer. We’re a family who are pursuing an alternative lifestyle, and after two years of full time travel we’ve taken root on an abandoned farm in Northern Portugal which we’re renovating into our dream off-grid homestead.
