Lose Weight Naturally| Without Exercise| Without Diet| Scientifically Proven| 100% Effective Results
This is a very natural and healthy way of losing weight. It will give you amazing results in very few weeks if followed properly. Lose weight naturally without exercise and without diet. It is also scientifically proven and will give you 100 % results.
This is one video that all my known friends and family wanted me to do. How I lost so much weight nearly 21 kgs in a very short span of 6 months, i.e from 76 kgs to 55 kgs in 6 months.
Alright, let me tell you, I did not go to gym nor did I hire a personal trainer, it is merely by following some discipline regarding what to eat and when to eat. In this video I’m going to tell you about when to eat concept and clear instructions to follow it in your day to day life, which will make a huge difference in your weight. It is very effective, and it has got proven results.
You might have heard of the term “Intermittent Fasting” which is now gaining importance and popularity all over the world due to the proven results it has got. Many international health organizations and scientists all over the world have done research on this and have proven results, that it not only helps in reducing the weight, but also improves the overall health. Like it facilitates the reduction of bad cholesterol called LDL, it helps maintain insulin levels and thus prevents u from falling diabetic and stabilizes the pressure etc.
So what is Intermittent fasting:
It is not a diet, it is not about what you eat, it is about when you eat? It's a pattern of eating.
In simple terms, You should eat the food for the day within 8 hours and you should not eat anything during the remaining 16 hrs.
It is probably the easiest way of loosing weight known so far but the most effective way of loosing weight. It is very simple that all of you can actually do it, and also it is very meaningful that it will make a lot of difference in your body.
So how does this work, how does this help in loosing weight?
To understand this, you first need to know the simple fact that usually your body gets energy from the food you eat and the body takes around 12 hours to complete the whole process of absorbing the food you ate. The excess food you eat will be saved in your body as fat cells.
Now comes the role of fasting: When you don’t feed food to your body, it will burn the fat cells for energy. but, it is only after 12 hours of every meal your body will start burning the fat cells. So when you observe fasting for 16 hours, your body will be burning your fat cells for energy for nearly 4 hrs everyday. So within few weeks you will see a major difference in your weight.
Ok now comes the challenge : How to follow intermittent fasting:
There are many ways to follow this, let me tell you the most popular way of intermittent fasting.
16: 8 method:
i.e morning 8 am you have breakfast, then eat lunch by around 1 or 2 pm, then you can have a light food around 4 pm thereafter you should not eat anything until next day morning 8 am.
When you stop eating around evening 4 o clock, your body will finish processing the food you ate by around 4 am in the morning, and thereafter it will start burning your fat cells till morning 8 ‘o clock i.e. till your next day’s breakfast. This way you can loose weight very easily without much effort and without worrying about what you should eat and what you should not eat.
Now I will tell you another popular method which is even more effective than the 16:8 method.
Its called Alternate Day 24 hrs Fasting:
Meaning, one day will be feast day and the next day will be fasting day and so on.
However, I will tell you how I followed.
On 5 days a week I followed 16:8 method and on the remaining 2 days I followed 24 hrs fasting.
Choose a method which will suit your lifestyle. Tell me which method you are going to try first in the comments section.
However, pregnant women, feeding mothers, elderly people with sugar, pressure, heart problems and people with eating disorders are not advised to follow this intermittent fasting.
