Amazon echo Alexa voice controlled Roomba 520 demo home automation
I added a WIFI development board to my Roomba to be able to voice control it.
This video is to demonstrate the robot being controlled to give you an idea of how it works as an end user device. I wake the robot, start it, stop it then send it to its dock.
It is all tied together by using IFTTT recipes. As a bonus, the robot can also be scheduled using google calendar.
