⏺ SPONGE CAKE :
4 Egg yolks
50g Sugar
60ml Oil
85ml Milk
1tsp Vanilla extra
125g purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 Egg whites
1/2 Lemon juice
65g Sugar
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 55-60 minutes

⏺ Snow Frosting:

110g softened butter
60g Cream cheese
75g Condensed milk
60g Heavy cream

Topping:
Grated Cheddar Cheese 🧀
