Struggling C420 on Wet Rail on the NDC Railroad
On December 30th, NDC 2034 went out of the plant in Northampton Pa to their yard to pick up their cars for the day. They took out a few spine cars with garbage containers on it, which is a new customer for the NDC to my knowledge. When they brought cars back into the plant, with the combination of wet and rusty rail along with 10 cars, 2034 has trouble getting going.
