I do not recommend Wix eCommerce to my small/medium-sized business clients, and this video explains why. I have put a dozen clients online with Wix, but I have not recommended they use the Wix eCommerce features. Instead, if they needed an online store, I embedded Ecwid eCommerce to their Wix site so they could have the benefits of a drag-and-drop website with a powerful eCommerce system. I think Wix is a great website builder for certain people, but their eCommerce solution just is not there yet. Watch the video to learn why and how Wix compares to Ecwid.
