In this video, we'll cover 5 key areas of observation:
1️⃣ Screen Time – Learn how to track it on iPhone (or figure it out on Galaxy 😉)
2️⃣ Movement – Download a step-tracking app and see your baseline activity
3️⃣ Eating – Reflect on what you actually enjoy for breakfast 🥯
4️⃣ Environment – Look around your space: what do you love or not love? 🛁🍽
5️⃣ Social Reflection – Make a quiet list of your friends and reflect 💬
✨ Today is not about fixing—it's about #observing.
We'll compare how we feel on Day 1 vs. Day 7 and see what small changes might bring big clarity.
