cocktail recipes:
Confetti Champagne
-1/3 c. assorted Pop Rocks
-vanilla frosting
-6 oz. vanilla vodka 
-1 bottle Champagne (or Prosecco)
-1 (20 oz.) bottle Sprite
* Place all pop rocks on a small shallow plate and mix together with a fork. *Use a butter knife to spread vanilla rims of serving glasses, then dip in pop rocks.
* Add an ounce of vanilla vodka to each glass. Divide champagne evenly between glasses, then top with Sprite. Serve chilled.

Golden French 75
- ¾ ounce gin
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
-½ ounce honey syrup
- Champagne or prosecco to top off
- Lemon twist for garnish
1. Chill a Champagne flute.
2. In the chilled glass, add gin, lemon juice, and honey.
3. Swirl to mix.
4. Top off with Champagne.
5. Garnish with lemon twist.

Rosemary in Love
* 2 ounces gin or vodka
* 1½ ounces grapefruit juice
* ½ ounce rosemary simple syrup
* Champagne to top off
* Rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice for garnish
1. Chill a martini glass or coupe.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake to chill.
4. Strain into chilled glass.
5. Top off with Champagne.
For the Bees
* 2 ounces gin
* ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
* ½ ounce honey syrup
* ½ ounce orange liqueur
* Ice
* Lemon wheel for garnish
1. Chill a martini glass or coupe.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange liqueur.
3. Shake to chill.
4. Strain into chilled glass.
5. Garnish with lemon wheel
