Building a Pyramid: Week 5

This is the 5th week of my new training program - Building a Pyramid. Here volume corresponds to the surface area of a building block and the intensity to the height. So as the program progresses the volume will get smaller and intensity goes up. I periodised the following lifts: Deadlifts, Zercher Squats, Zercher Carries, Strict Press, Bench Press, Curls with the EZ-bar and holding weight for grip.

I waited quite a while before uploading this. After filming, I took a deload phase during which I got sick and I wanted to resume training before uploading a new video so that I would be ahead with my footage.
