I do not understand how Xurkitree is legal in RU. Yes, I know it lost Tail Glow in Pokemon Sword and Shield, the Crown Tundra, but what...it's a Xurkitree! It's still an extremely viable Pokemon as you can see and Beast Boost Xurkitree can start to pick up KO's very quickly!
