Nine days after Hurricane Ida first made landfall, communities from the South to the Northeast are still cleaning up, and hundreds of thousands are still without power. On Tuesday President Biden travels to New York and New Jersey after surveying the damage in Louisiana. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY from the New Orleans suburb of Kenner.
