Pascagoula family watching Hurricane Sally flooding in low-lying neighborhood

Miranda Dickerson lives in a stilt house in a low-lying area of Pascagoula. Her family built the home and have lived in it less than a year. She said the water hasn’t been this high since Cristobal and Sally is expected to bring more rain.
