Decommisioning a Climbing Helmet at Slippery Falls Scout Ranch July 2011
This summer I went to Slippery Falls Scout Ranch with my Boy Scouts, Troop 587. While I was there I decided to get re-certified as a Climbing instructor. Schwartz, who was teaching the class, ended up telling us about a climbing helmet that he had that needed to be decommissioned, or retired. I made the comment about crushing it with my 8000 pound Dodge Cummins truck and the end result of the conversation lead to this video. Hope you enjoyed it!
