A while ago, I posted a video about building your very own Tandoor Oven as my own personal project and I am very glad I did. The oven is working very well and have been used countless times. As the weather is getting warmer, it's time to use the Tandoor again!

This time, instead of cooking tandoori chicken or naan, I heard that a boxed Peking Duck is available at my local Asian grocery store. (I'm not sure what is the correct name: Peking Duck or Beijing Duck) While it still need to be cooked, the Peking duck is all marinated and prepped so all you need to do is to put it in the oven. How will it taste? Will it work in a Tandoor oven? ...I guess there's only one way to find out and thank you for joining as I endeavor to discover the outcome.
